Plymouth University - Formation Zone [link]
Based in the uni with offices from £150/160 including all bills and most overheads. This is probably the best incubation space available in terms of value and support. There is also the option to pay for support services utilizing the expertise and networking the Formation Zone has become known for.
Tamar science park [link]
Their ‘Launch Pad’ scheme is available to new businesses offering a office from £150 +VAT for the first year, £200+VAT in the second year, £250+VAT in the third year (you get the picture). They also offer services and training with a mentoring scheme in place.
Pool Innovation Centre [link]
Cornwall’s latest business address with 49 units available. Like most other incubation areas it offers conference and meeting rooms along with support services and workshops year round.
Tremough Innovation Centre (due to open early 2012) [link]
Owned by Cornwall Council, there will be space for up to 70 businesses, two shared meeting rooms, break out rooms and a conference facility. The first business are expected to move in during the first quarter of 2012.
Airport Business Centre [link]
This centre located by Plymouth airport can provide offices from as little as 221/pcm and offer services to aid new business from HR, marketing, accounting and even training.
There is also a Treliske Innovation Centre (due to open sometime after Tremough Innovation Centre) that will come under the Plymouth University Formation Zone umbrella, but I haven’t been able to find out must about it other than Architectural renderings!! [link]
