It was sadly the last day, but it wasn't over yet. The morning consisted of a bit of shopping (not me, didn’t have much money left) on Times Square and then breakfast at Juniors on Times Square. Was amazing to say the least. Better than last time as well I might add!
We headed back quickly to check out by 1200 and then put our luggage bags into storage before heading back uptown on the metro and going up The Rockefeller centre. This time in the day and was so worth it, the view was amazing. Again got some great pictures and took it all in knowing that in a few hours we would be starting our 12hour travels home.
At the bottom of Rockefeller there was a NBC 'experience' store. I couldn't believe my luck so I got myself an Office tee, as I am a huge fan of it. Had a massive smile for the rest of the day! After various other stores including the NBA store and Hollister Co. we headed back to the hostel to get the coach to Newark. Leaving NYC behind us.
We checking in no problem and then waited a couple hours for our flight back to Bristol, which was delayed for an hour and a bit due to a fault on one of the engine seals. But before we knew it we had landed in Bristol and where on the coach back to Plymouth.
Overall I can't pick out a bad part of the trip apart from not staying there longer!
The best part?
Well, pretty much all of it. Good places. Good food. Good company. Good times. EPIC.
See you soon New York. I'll be back
